Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers. The qualified candidate will build customer relationships through communication, integrity, and trust. This is a business-to-business environment.

Provides timely and accurate information.
Works closely with customers, sales, production, and quality to communicate lead time and production requirements.
Processes customer orders according to established policies and procedures
In-depth knowledge of products and programs.
Enters order/item modifications as necessary to include special labels and packing lists
Maintains and updates customer account information and production requirements.
Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
Works with production, shipping, warehouse, and freight carriers to expedite or trace shipments.
Supports the Commercial Sales team to exceed customer expectations.
