Mike DuFrayne Appointed President and CFO

Columbus, OH – PSI appoints Mike DuFrayne President and CFO. DuFrayne joined the company as CFO in 2017. During this tenure, he was an integral leader in the company’s successful transition to a global leader in thin gauge bioplastic films. DuFrayne is an accomplished business leader with extensive operational, financial and strategic experience with specialized expertise in special situations within the financial consulting world.
Effective January 1, 2020, Mike is responsible for global day-to-day operations and continues his CFO leadership. DuFrayne is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics.
George Thomas will remain CEO and set corporate business and asset strategies and raise capital for growth.
